Our Facility

Our manufacturing facility is equipped with modern production lines, precision engineering equipment, and advanced manufacturing systems designed to meet the evolving requirements of the steel and automotive industries. The facility is capable of manufacturing high-quality ERW tubes, CDW tubes, precision stainless steel tubes, colour coated sheets, and roofing solutions with exceptional accuracy, consistency, and reliability.

Roadmap

Late Mr. Suresh Ramkumar Mittal laid the foundation of the company with a single small press. Through strong business vision, dedication, and continuous efforts, the company expanded into multiple manufacturing units in Bhosari MIDC, employing over 100 skilled personnel and achieving an annual turnover exceeding ₹60 crore.

1984

Foundation of the Company

The company acquired 5 acres of land near Chakan and established a manufacturing facility with a built-up area of 2,500 sq. m. The plant was equipped with twelve large presses ranging from 500T to 1000T, including a double-action hydraulic press. An additional 2,500 sq. m. area was reserved for future assembly operations.

1998

Expansion into Large-Scale Manufacturing

The company diversified from sheet metal manufacturing into tube manufacturing with the installation of advanced ERW and CDW tube production facilities, along with drawbench capabilities.

2006

Entry into Tube Manufacturing

The company expanded into colour coated sheet manufacturing and roofing solutions for industrial infrastructure applications, marking the launch of both B2B and B2C product segments. With this expansion, the workforce grew to over 200 employees and the overall turnover reached ₹200 crore.

2018

Diversification into Roofing Solutions

Achieved a major quality milestone through the successful implementation of globally recognized standards including IATF 16949, CQI-15 compliance, and other critical certifications for automotive component manufacturing, reinforcing the company’s commitment to precision, consistency, and world-class quality systems.

2025

Achievement of Global Quality Standards

Further strengthening its manufacturing capabilities, the company commissioned a state-of-the-art MS tube mill capable of producing tubes up to 218 mm diameter and 8 mm thickness. The year also marked the company’s entry into precision stainless steel tube manufacturing, expanding its portfolio of advanced tube solutions.
